  • 6 Hard boiled Eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon yellow mustard
  • ¼ Black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh parsley and herbs
  • 4 strips chopped bacon
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ white sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 finely chopped onion

How to cook Deviled Eggs

Instructions step by step

1. In a saucepan, add water and boil the eggs over medium-high heat. Once the water is boiling, reduce the flame and simmer the eggs for 10–15 minutes.

2. Remove the eggs from the heat and transfer them to the cold water to cool completely.

3. After cooling the eggs, peel them and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the egg yolk from a separate bowl and set it aside. 

4. In a bowl, Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are smooth, and then add the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar,salt,black pepper, white vinegar, and finely chopped onion and mix well until combined and creamy.

5. Stuff the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

6. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chopped onions, fresh herbs, or parsley.Refrigerate deviled eggs until serving.
