- 1½ finely chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- Red wine (optional)
- ¼ grated Paremesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnishing

Instructions:
